If there's one piece of advice I can give to people in today's working world, it's that understanding how to take charge of your career is the most important thing you can do for yourself.
Not just for the sake of your income but also for your confidence, your future and your quality of life.
You need to understand get paid for your skills and your experience.
And you need to understand how to make your work support your life - rather than running your life in order to please your boss.
This is a fundamental topic for every working person.
One thing we know about making big changes is that it's important to have a guide - someone who knows the territory.
It's also important to be part of a community of other people in the same situation, with the same issues and the same questions to support you.
The Grow Your Flame community is my private coaching group - where I give coaching to people who are thinking about big transitions in their lives and careers.
You might decide that your career goal for 2025 is to stay at your current job, grow muscles, get stronger, become more marketable, have more visibility, or you might decide that your career goal for this year is to get a new job.
You might decide that your career goal for this year is to explore other career paths that you might not have thought about before, or you might decide that your goal is to start your own business on the side or as a full-time thing.
These are all possibilities and I'd love to coach you through all of them.
How Does It Work?
You’ll meet with me and your fellow community members twice a month over Zoom to discuss your career situation, goals, and questions.
We also have an online discussion forum where you and your fellow community members can brainstorm, discuss ideas, and share your stories and triumphs.
You'll also free members-only downloads - tips and exercises tailored to your situation, whether you're changing careers, looking to progress at your current job, or starting your own business!
Finally, my team will be there too, to support you 24/7 and answer whatever questions come up for you on your journey.
